Title Insurance/Closing Services

We provide all the title and closing services through our title company, Arboretum Title, LLC, and more. As a law office we can draft additional legal documents needed for the transaction, such as a note, mortgage, last-minute contract or deed addendum.

Another advantage of using Arboretum Title for closing your transaction is our understanding of the complexities and legal issues involved. A title company cannot draft legal documents, offer legal advice in a transaction, or offer a legal opinion on title issues. If issues arise with title or otherwise, as a law office, we can make exceptions to the "rules" when needed.
